Soros says Obama stimulus bill wasn't to correct economic problems, more cosmetic, Obama couldn't help it, was out of time

Soros says Obama's stimulus was meant to 'sustain consumption' rather than actually help the engine that created the dollars in the first place, American business, especially small business. Aside from the fact that it didn't even do that and was horribly wasted

• including $1.1 billion to hire Obama Health Plan "research" bureaucrats.

Totalitarian regimes don't work (other than making billions for speculators like Soros). He defends Obama saying the poor guy was under pressure so could only do so much. Obama has no functioning political opposition, has sizable majorities in the House and Senate, has expanded powers in the executive branch with no problem, and angrily scolds Justices of the Supreme Court on worldwide television as if they were naughty children.
