Don't forget-to be tallied in June 24 Mississippi Republican Primary runoff voters must have been registered before June 3. This of course applies to absentee votes as well in person votes

6/24/14, Mississippi Secretary of State website:

"Citizens must have been registered for the June 3, 2014 Primary Election to be eligible to vote in the June 24, 2014 Primary Runoff Election."

Lobbyist, Thad Cochran PAC operator, and RNC insider Henry Barbour said they'd treat the runoff "like a general election and seek votes of Democrats and Independents," that "every registered voter in Mississippi...needs to show up." 

Per the Mississippi Secretary of State site, "registered voters" for the 6/24 runoff includes only those who registered before the 6/3/14 Mississippi GOP primary.
