"In the days leading up to the ambush killings of two NYPD Officers in Brookyln, the street climate at some of the many ongoing NYC protests had been growing angrier and more extreme.

Last weekend, as reported first by the Rockland County Times, a gathering of over 100 protesters marched through Murray Hill, shouting, “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want it? Now!”
Those words have new relevance given today’s shooting.

This week, the Rockland County Times obtained another video shot by the same man, a Rockland County Times reader and former Rockland resident who would rather not have his name published in this article, of counter protesters at a pro-police rally Thursday night shouting the Nazi salute “Seig Heil” in the faces of NYPD supporters. His intent was to mock NYPD supporters as being “Nazis.”
Both videos were filmed in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan. Watch below:"
